Founded in 2009 The Balloons project is run by students and graduates from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts - LIPA and and we are the UK's very first student lead project in the UK to be awarded London 2012 coveted Inspire Mark.

The Values of the Games

In The Balloons Project we've mixed up the values and given them a colour of the rainbow for good measure!

COURAGE - DETERMINATION - EXCELLENCE - FRIENDSHIP - EQUALITY - RESPECT - INSPIRATION

If you want an easy way to work out which are Olympic and which are Paralympic then all you have to do is D E C I F E R them.
